ScoutTrack is an online Boy Scout and Cub Scout advancement tracking application. It is one of a few applications designed to help track a scout's progress towards the rank he is working on. It allows pack leaders to identify completed activities and print reports to help in the administration of the pack. It allows scout parents to view their scout's progress. Thus, the parent can confirm that communication with the den leader is up-to-date. Some den leaders and packs will allow parents to enter in completion of activities themselves. This capability is up to the den leader. Some den leaders want to enter the data in themselves to stay more in touch with the scouts. A calendar is available to see what events are coming up.

Each leader and parent is assigned their own login userid and password which can be customized once the user logs into the application. Some data is not visible to everyone. For instance, parents in one den cannot view addresses and phone numbers of parents in another den.
